With several mouse clicks in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel, you can configure five separate security levels. In case you still get unsolicited bulk email messages or the spam filters start preventing legitimate emails from reaching your mailbox, you can switch to some other level just as easily. The efficiency of our spam filtering solution is ensured by one of the most popular spam filters – SpamAssassin. In case you don’t want to risk missing a legitimate message that may be considered spam owing to its content, you can also create custom filters based on the sender, the subject or the body of the message and re-send the emails to some other email account where you can examine them at a later time.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Hosting
In case you use one of our Linux semi-dedicated services, you will not need to worry about junk messages stuffing your mailboxes every once in a while, as you can make use of the famous SpamAssassin email filter that we offer with every semi-dedicated server account. Our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel will allow you to activate the filter for any mailbox with a couple of mouse clicks and you can choose any of the 5 protection levels – from very low to very high. The level can be changed at any moment if, for instance, legitimate email messages get filtered, or if unsolicited bulk messages go through and appear in your Inbox folder. To take no chances, you can choose all filtered messages to be forwarded to a special email account like firstname.lastname@example.org and not to be erased. Thus, you can examine them from time to time to make sure that you have not missed a genuine email.
